Mani Sharma is a versatile Indian Music Director. He was born on July 11th 1964 in Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh. He started his career as a keyboard player under the guidance of "Sri Satyam" well known music director. Later he worked as a key board player with Maestro "Ilayaraja", "AR Rahman", "Raj-Koti", and "MM Keeravani".
Mani Sharma started working as a part time music director by composing background scores for films. He was approached to compose background score for the movie "Antham". By Ram Gopal Varma, later he composed a single song for the same film Antham. He also composed background music for films like "Raathri", "Preminchukundam Raa" and others.
Man Sharma's full time as a music director happened by the film "Super Heroes" which was produced by Suresh Productions of Dr. D. Ramanaidua and Directed by Film Artist AVS. Megastar Chiranjeevi's "Bavagaru Bagunnara" gave him a break in the industry as a Music Director for Mani Sharma. After that he never turned back and he holds many successful songs to his credits.
He has given many successful songs in the Tollywood and Kollywood film industries and his latest movies are "Varudu", "Subhapradam", "Shashirekhaa Parinayam", and he got good name with "Stalin", "Pokiri", "Samara Simha Reddy", "Narasimha Naidu", "Kushi", "Aadi", "Indra", "Tagore", "Okkadu", "Chirutha", "Athadu", "Kantri" and many other successful films.
Mani Sharma has received many awards from the Government and non-government organizations. He has received awards like "Telugu Film Fare Award for the Best Music Direction for the film "Choodalani Vundi" and also a "Nandi Award" for the same movie Mani Sharma received "Telugu Film Fare Award for the Best music Direction for the film "Chirunavvutho", and a "Nandi Award" for Best Music Direction for the film "Okkadu", He was also nominated for Telugu Film Fare Award's as a Best Music Director for films "Athadu" and "Kantri".
